Diddy is making another attempt to get released from custody on bail.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy's team offered to hand over security logs that keep track of all visitors to his Miami Beach home to the court so officials can know who the music mogul is in contact with. Documents state Diddy will limit visitors to family, property caretakers, and friends who aren't conspirators in his federal indictment.

Diddy's team noted that he won't have contact with any female visitors except those who are family members or mothers of his children. The Bad Boys Records CEO also agreed to have no contact with grand jury witnesses and to take weekly drug tests.

His latest attempt at bail comes after the initial request was denied earlier this week. Diddy is still offering $50 million to the court, with his Miami mansion and his mother's home serving as collateral.

The rapper is currently being held in custody at MDC Brooklyn after he was arrested and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy pleaded not guilty to the charges and is maintaining his innocence.

"He’s going to clear his name and we’re going to stand by his side as he does," his attorney Marc Agnifilo said Tuesday (September 17). "We believe in him wholeheartedly."
