Khloe Kardashian hasn't slept with the light off in years and it's all thanks to a traumatic run-in with a ghostly presence.

On Wednesday's (December 3) episode of her podcast Khloé in Wonder Land, the Kardashians star went down the "rabbit hole" of conspiracies and internet myths with her friend Savas Oguz. During their chat, she claimed that she had a scary ghost encounter during the middle of the night in her former home when her daughter True, now 7, was still a baby, per People.

"I was sleeping... and there was a hallway from True's room to my room. It was a little narrow hallway, it was [made of] wood, so I could hear footsteps," she recalled. "True was still in a crib, and she never got out of her crib, so I heard someone walking down [the hallway], and I was like, 'True?' and then I looked at the monitor, and she was still asleep, so I was like, that's weird."

The terrifying encounter didn't stop there. As she laid back down and closed her eyes, she "felt something" touch her head. As she mimicked what she felt, running her hand down her hair, she admitted that she "could feel it was a small hand."

The Good American co-founder, who shares True and 3-year-old son Tatum with ex Tristan Thompson, remembered chanting "please don't be there" before she finally looked to see if someone or something was next to her.

"I opened my eyes, nothing was there, I was so freaked out," she said, adding, "She rubbed my hair — she did. It was the scariest thing. I've never slept with the lights off ever since."

Elsewhere in the episode, Kardashian and Oguz dove into some major conspiracies, such as Kardashian's belief that the 1969 moon landing did not happen — and she's not alone. Not only is that a popular, long-held belief among conspiracy theorists, but even her sister Kim Kardashian believes the moon landing was fake.
