Numerous celebrities were in the crowd to watch Brandy and Monica's recent tour stop, including Rihanna, The Carters and more.
On Sunday, November 9, the R&B divas brought "The Boy Is Mine Tour" to the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The duo is used to having special guests come through to perform onstage, but this show was a little different. Instead of bringing out icons to share the stage with them, the crowd was full of legendary artists who came to enjoy the show. Rihanna and Queen Latifah were among the VIP's who were backstage watching the show. Afterward, Riri met up with them to give both singers their flowers.
“This is a brilliant idea for tour," Rihanna told Brandy. "I didn't realize until I was looking at the setlist like ‘God damn, I need to be here. I know all songs’."
Before Riri and Queen Latifah schmoozed with the divas backstage, other celebrities who were front row and center during the show. JAY-Z and Beyoncé were spotted in the crowd while their friends Kelly Rowland, Brandy and Monica performed. LL COOL J was also seated nearby while the leading ladies served up their hits.
"The Boy Is Mine Tour" has already invaded several major cities since Brandy and Monica launched it in Cincinnati last month.
